DATE FOR 2010 BAND CAMP: August 15 – 21, 2010
WHO MARCHES? Concert, Symphonic & Wind Ensemble members participate in marching season as well as freshman from Shelby and Malow.
ARE THERE INSTRUMENTS THAT ARE NOT PART OF THE MARCHING BAND? Bassoon, oboe, bass clarinet, and baritone saxophone are not Marching Band instruments. Students who play these instruments can choose to play an alternate instrument such as clarinet, alto, or tenor saxophone, or possibly learn another instrument such as mellophone, trombone, baritone, or tuba. Any student, including non–band students, may try out for Colorguard.
